Booking details & policies
To confirm your reservation, a valid ID and a refundable deposit are required ($500 for a 2-bedroom duplex, $1000 for the entire 4-bedroom home). Half payment is due upon booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to travel. Enjoy a full refund if cancelled 60 days in advance, or a half refund for cancellations after 60 days. A 3-night minimum stay applies, except for major holidays (Christmas, New Years) and large events (Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest) which require a 4-night minimum. Smartlock code will be texted by 3:00 PM CST on arrival day.
DO NOT lock the bottom lock. Check-in: 3:00 PM CST. Check-out: 11:00 AM CST. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional $50 if more than 2 hours. Upon check-out, kindly remove all trash (including refrigerator/freezer items) and place it in the respective outside trash cans. Please load and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.

House rules for a pleasant stay
Please notify us if anything is accidentally broken by placing it on the kitchen counter for replacement. No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, including medical marijuana) is permitted inside the property, this must be done away from the home; violation will result in deposit forfeiture for deep cleaning. Do Not unplug any electronics (TVs, WiFi, Router). Adherence to house rules ensures a full deposit refund.
